Large suites run in CI as shards, and a final job merges them with playwright merge-reports. The merged Donobu summary used to see only each shard's first attempt, so a test that auto-healed still read as failed in Slack. Now each shard writes a heal-aware record next to its blob report, and the Donobu reporters use it when merging.
