Manage test cases from the CLI with donobu cases

Test cases on donobu.com are now manageable from the command line. donobu cases lists, shows, creates, updates, and deletes cases, and links or unlinks them to tests. Every read supports --json, so a coding agent can use the same commands a person would.

• donobu cases list with section and priority filters
• donobu cases create <slug> --title ... with an optional markdown description from a file
• donobu cases link <case> <test-id> and unlink for manual links
• Cases are named by their exact slug or ID, never by a guessed prefix
