Mark a failure once and triage remembers it

When a reviewer classifies a failure on donobu.com, later runs that fail the same way inherit that verdict directly, with the reviewer's name and date, instead of asking the AI again.

A human verdict on a test failure used to live on the run where it was given. Later runs picked it up only some of the time. Now Donobu records a signature of each failure (the failing step, the check, the locator, and the error), and a later run with the same signature takes the reviewer's classification directly.

  • A matching failure shows the human verdict with the reviewer's name and date
  • Auto-heal does not retry a failure a person already classified as an app defect
  • A test that fails in a different way gets fresh triage instead of the old verdict
  • Feedback from earlier in the week is no longer lost on busy tests

No test or configuration changes are needed.
